I use Laravel depending on the application/projects the I/team builds but mostly it is in the approach of REST API, Full-stack Applications, and CMS (using OctoberCMS).

before i discover VueJs i used javascript for my web projects. Still, there are some clients preferred Javascript. I also used javascript code inside of Vuejs but a very rare case.

If the project needs to be a SPA i used VueJs for that development using Quasar Framework/Native Vuejs. This way team development is much faster.

During college year our professor introduces us to MySQL after MsAccess :). Most of my projects used MySQL as the database.

Some components of Bootstrap require js script this is already provided by the framework so all we need to do is plug in the script in the app and do a little coding to trigger the component we want.

Using Bootstrap for faster styling of the application and also it is open-source.

As a full-stack developer HTML is a must requirement in the development.

For projects that need a payment process, i preferred Stripe. Very well documented approach easy to integrate into the app. Even the webhooks can test locally.

I do have some projects that use PostgreSQL as the database.
