Play an active role in delivering service excellence by resolving members/customers technical issues through on-line chat support, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.

Assists American AOL members with regards to their technical/computer problems, particularly with their computer processes and AOL Software.

Provides extensive solutions real time with Windows issues if necessary. Such problems includes Internet connection, damage AOL software, slow Connection, computer itself is slow.

Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to customers' feedback by escalating issues on a higher level department.
Clear (Clearwire) Universal Web and Phone Support: July 2011-August 14, 2014

Provides technical and billing support to the Clear customers. Verifying on their accounts and explains the charges and fees related to their services. And assisting customers on how to activate their account to access the Clear internet connection.
- Focuses more on the technical assistance to the Clear customers. Such problems includes weak signal, slow connection, connecting multiple devices like computer, gaming consoles, tablets, and SmartTV.
- It’s still our responsibility to assist customer that have basic billing inquiries and disputes.
- Provides support both to the newly hires and tenured agents as full time SME/ATL.

Preparation of clients’ tax returns for signature which includes printing financials and ITR’s, collating returns and financials, preparing covering letter, and documenting ATO on-line – eg group tax, ABN, TFN, GST client maintenance
