I am an Individual who is passionate about helping others. I can do administrative tasks, Data Entry and provide excellent customer service.
I've worked as a Spanish Bilingual Customer service representative in BPO Industry. I received calls from clients regarding the scheduling of appointments, obtaining their demographic information and verifying insurance of patients. Also, I worked as staff engineer in Epson precision Philippines Inc. My job responsibilities were creating assembly layout, quality reports and Data Entry.
I am proficient in using Microsoft office specifically excel and powerpoint. I am also knowledgeable in Canva, google calendar, calendly , e-clinical works and quickbooks. Also, I can speak English Laguage and Spanish Language fluently. 
I am a continuous learner. I am Organized and a problem solver. I always exhibit flexibility and integrity in my job and make sure I provide quality output.
