Hi!
I am an Individual who is passionate about helping others. I can do administrative tasks, Data Entry, and provide excellent customer service.
I am currently working as a Spanish bilingual medical Virtual Assistant in a big clinic in California, USA that specializes in Gastroenterology where my job responsibilities are doing outbound and inbound calls for scheduling appointments, calling pt about referrals, faxing medical records, Assisting New patient to schedule an appointment, requesting medication refill and other medication concern to medical Assistant, Updating pt's demographic Information and answering pt's medical inquiry. Lastly, we do relay messages to the doctors regarding pt's medical concern.

 I've worked as a Spanish Bilingual Customer service representative in the BPO Industry. I received calls from clients regarding the scheduling of appointments, obtaining their demographic information and verifying insurance of patients.

 Also, I worked as staff engineer in Epson precision Philippines Inc. My job responsibilities were creating assembly layout, quality reports and Data Entry.

I am proficient in using Microsoft office specifically excel and powerpoint. I am also knowledgeable in Canva, google calendar, calendly , GMED. Also, I can speak English Laguage and Spanish Language fluently. 

I am a continuous learner. I am Organized and a problem solver. I always exhibit flexibility and integrity in my job and make sure I provide quality output.
