Profile Description

I am processing invoices for payments using Oracle accounting system. I enter the invoices in the system with their complete details like invoice numbers,purchase orders,date of invoice,amount etc.after processing them I validate all the batches of invoices so that they will be captured by the system for payment.I also answers vendor calls and queries through email.Most of their questions was, why did their invoices not yet paid and its already due. I will answer all questions regarding their invoices .Part of my duties is to make sure that all invoices were processed or entered in the system during month end. I also solved invoices with issues. To resolve them I will contact all buyers,suppliers and internal customers for further details regarding invoices with issues. Every day,we have to send reports to our supervisors regarding the status of all invoices.
