I was and still am connected with several BPOs in the country.
I started as phone screener wherein I interview applicants applying for an agent position over the phone.
I was also assigned as the QA for the phone screening team where I listen to calls and improve quality of interviews done by the team.
I was then promoted as a recruiter doing a face to face interview with candidates and at the same time assigned to an account to manage the hiring targets.
After which I was promoted as the team manager of phone screening team and was had a lateral transfer as team manager for PH Recruiting Marketing, for both positions, I was delegated a team whose main task is to attract candidates either via phone interviews or via marketing to apply for the different locations the company has across Philippines.
