I am a dependable Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience in providing operations, administrative and customer support.

I worked for a Digital Marketing Agency for almost 2 years which developed my skills in social media management, operations and admin support, payroll and processing, hiring and onboarding, email management, project and client management.

I'm currently a part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO of a tuition center in the UK. As an Executive Assistant , I take care of managing the operations of the company as whole. This includes hiring of new tutors, onboarding of new students, email management, social media management, community management, customer support, video editing, processing of tutors' payroll, following up on clients with negative balances, processing of refunds and other payments.

I am passionate in what I do and I enjoy learning new things. I am a team-player, resilient, and flexible. Highly resourceful and results-oriented professional dedicated to making the life of a busy executive easier. Results-oriented, keen to details, and self-motivated, that’s me. I also have ideas to share when needed.
