I had been in the call center industry for a while and handled different accounts including telco, financial and sales to name a few. I have good customer service skills that has been acquired from previous jobs and also sales technique learned. I can be of service to my employer and I am willing to give not just good service to the customers but excellent. I am a worker with a heart and when given a project I will do it with excellence because I will be representing the company in my behalf.
