Profile Description

I worked in a BPO company for five years delivering extra ordinary customer care by responding to customers' concerns in their accounts while promoting our existing and new services. I actually took an IQ Test exam online with a score of 93, this tested the level of English grammar and vocabulary and my level is C2 (advanced/mastery) This is approximately equivalent to CPE, an IELTS band score of 9 or 120 at TOEFL iBT Time taken: 3 minutes, 19 seconds Date: 14/10/14.
I handled incoming as well as outgoing calls around the United States and I was also assigned for back-office tasks wherein I check and process customers' applications and requirements for the service. I have an average typing speed and basic computer literacy in MS programs such as excel and spreadsheets. I have a positive attitude, respect for others, and patience and I believe that these are very important as I deal with callers who are not always in a good mood; I don't only have to resolve the issues rendered to them but as well make customers happy and relieved by the end of the conversation.

“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
