In my view, the role required strong leadership, organization, and communication skills because it involved balancing business operations while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth management of the hotel.

I was part of a small startup company in Texas where I worked as a Lead Generation Specialist and Cold Caller. My role involved identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and building connections to generate business opportunities. I handled outbound calls, introduced services, followed up with leads, and maintained communication with potential customers. In my opinion, the role required strong communication, confidence, and persistence because it played an important part in growing the company and creating valuable client relationships.

For Social Media Management in managing my small thrifting clothes business, my role involved promoting and selling thrifted clothing through social media platforms. I created content, posted product photos, responded to customer inquiries, managed orders, and engaged with customers online. In my opinion, running social media for my small business required creativity, consistency, and good communication skills because it helped attract customers, build trust, and grow my business.
