I've been in customer service oriented job, as billing clerk and managing my own canteen before.. As a billing clerk I didn't have much learning on it, because, since my day 1 up to my last day, I've been doing the same thing. Managing my own business was a lot of fun and fulfillment, I've got the chance to get along with different kinds of people, from the rank and file up to the executives. It's really flattering whenever they say something good about our food and service..
