My first working experience though mainly involved in assisting a Sales Department Manager as a Sales Coordinator and Secretary with creating sales policies, promos, product quotations and secretarial duties. I also worked in a Business Consultancy and Training company. My duty as a Marketing Associate and Secretary to the Chief Operating Officer enhanced my skills on developing marketing paraphernalia, formulating sales strategies and creating proposals and quotations. It exposed me to a wide scope and variety of trainings for employees’ development of skills, behavior and other human resource related topics, and as well as doing reviews, solutions and guidelines that broaden my understanding on Organizational Issues and Development. Apart from that, I’m confident about my communication proficiency and customer care service skills that were enhanced as I worked in a call center company as a Customer Service Representative for a foreign airline.
I also have skills in visual arts and designing, doing Photoshop and Video Editing.
