I've been working in the BPO industry since 2010 and handled different type of jobs and account. I was once in a Telecommunications account and handled payments, payment arrangements, activating mobile numbers and porting numbers. I also handled a Cable Service provider and handling payments, billing concerns, technical issues and general inquiry representative. After working as an Inbound agent, I was transferred to an Email Support with the same account (Cable Service). I basically do the same thing except for payments. Writing in a formal format is needed in Email Support that's why I learned and practiced my writing skills. Working in a call center helped me multitask and type fast. I can work under pressure and with less supervision after a short term training and if given complete set of instructions.
I believe that I am a fast learner individual and can easily adapt to change. I am a hardworking and a very optimistic person which helps me to be motivated with my job. With my experience in the BPO industry, I hope I will be able to get a job where I can use my skills.
