Profile Description

I have achieved computer proficiency; demonstrated knowledge in Auto CAD 2D and 3D, 3D Max,
Photoshop CS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sketch Up and all internet functions in my previous work. I plan and design architectural exterior and interior. And supervise architectural works. I also take charge in coordination with the sub contractors and clients, review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarification. I handle cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation, approve and sign off drawings. I process local planning submissions and regulations. And ensure that the safety regulations are complied. Maintain the smooth progress of works. In some occasions, I coordinated, planned and contributed at special events. I also maintain updates and reports. And I can communicate well in Filipino and English.
I have also been a Quality Assurance Agent for A California based office. I regularly check their items before export. And it is my responsibility
to maintain the smooth progress of works and the like.
