I am an established Senior Software
Engineer and the Development and Support Team Lead with a long track record of
accomplishment in my sector. With my expertise in Development, Team Leading,

I have worked on a variety
of responsibilities in my past employment at WIPRO Technologies deployed at
Texas Instruments Inc. I meet with our clients to collect requirements and
assess their requirements. In addition, I have managed the development and support
team of no more than 5 individuals to develop business solutions and help
customers with their issues, I trained new hires and application users, evaluate
team performance, and I ensure our stakeholders' expectations are met. In
addition, I examined some of our business processes and
implement solutions that improved our work. With these responsibilities,
I've developed excellent problem-solving, organizing, prioritizing, and
teamwork skills, as well as a track record of surpassing stakeholder expectations.
For years, my team has been able to maintain a green mark in our KPIs and
attain the highest level of customer satisfaction.Lotus Notes Scripting, Formula
Language, MS Visual Fox Pro, and Windows/Domino server Administration are my
strong suits. Because my company's online applications use Java and JavaScript
code, I am also familiar with these technologies. Our databases are Domino
and Oracle SQL. I also contribute to the security of our application by
resolving application vulnerabilities and monitoring application access
requests, expiration, and access control lists.
