Virtual Assistant/Marketing Executive

As a lawyer, I am trained to have a strong written and verbal communication skills I can draft legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and correspondence. Additionally, I can assist in preparing reports, memos, and summaries of legal research findings.

I graduated law school in 2015 and I passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2017. After becoming a full-fledged lawyer in the Philippines, I have been employed as a Human Rights Lawyer in the Commission of Human Rights in the Philippines. I have handled multiple investigations and resolution writing pertaining to various Human Rights Violations. I have also appeared in various legal forums and courts for litigation and as expert witness. Created Judicial Affidavits and Mediated Conflict and Dispute Resolution. In 2019, with a heavy heart, because my life is being put in danger I decided to quit the Commission on Human Rights and I was hired a a Securities Counsel in the Securities and Exchange Commission. I mostly handled registration of corporations, partnerships and foreign branch offices in the Philippines. I have also helped the Commission combat investment scams in the country. Whilst doing this I have helped a VA Company by being their HIPAA Compliance Officer and Risk Manager. I was the one responsible in making sure that the VAs they are supplying to various medical industries are HIPAA Trained and certified. I have created the company's HIPAA Book which contained ALL policies and procedures relating to HIPAA Compliance.

Before I became a lawyer I was a General Virtual Assistant focused on branding and creating marketing campaigns for real estate agents.
