Profile Description
As a telecom engineer, I have been a second-level O&M support on the core, access and transport domain (with specialization on the mobile core domain). For the last four years, I have been managing two core exchange facilities, leading the in-house support for both telecom and support facilities equipment. Part of my site administration functions would as well include incident handling, emergency response, risk assessment and business continuity management (in conformance with national and international standards). I have been appointed as well as the Pollution Control Officer that manages the staging area in complying with environmental and company policies. I have been assigned to spearhead creation and implementation of processes and programs that include operational excellence, competency development, project support, expenditure allocation, key performance indicator and cost-saving initiatives (through Lean Six Sigma).
