I have more than 6 years experience in Customer service.
One of the most interesting thing for me is working with people with different cultural and social affiliation.
I have recently worked with IBM as an account trainer for an automotive company. I conduct product specific training and spearheaded activities that will improve customer satisfaction. I also assist trainees to become self-directing in their learning and provide support and encouragement as its needed.
I am also part of the recruitment team. I scan resume, pick qualified applicants, interview them and facilitate Versant testing.
