Profile Description

? Programme Support
a. Support volunteer recruitment by responding to enquiries, assessing applications, forwarding shortlisted applicants to the Youth Programme Officer, and sending letters to applicants.
b. Support volunteer assessment days.
c. Support volunteer monitoring by encoding pre- and post-placement volunteer surveys online
d. Develop and update partner, volunteer, and host home database.
? Finance Support
a. Manage payables and receivables
b. Manage electronic and paper financial records through checking, recording/encoding, posting, and balancing.
c. Monitor financial transactions including staff cash advances, liquidations, and partners’ grants
d. Prepare team budget per team per placement
e. Prepare financial monitoring reports detailing flow of expenditures against planned budget
f. Prepare checks and voucher for the programme using Solomon.
? Administrative Support
a. Facilitate purchase and conduct monitoring of office supplies and equipment.
b. Ensure communications including mails, faxes, and parcels are routed to relevant staff.
c. Make all logistical arrangements for youth programme-related meetings
d. Make all logistical arrangements for events such as recruitment, assessment, training, placement development, and monitoring and evaluation.
e. Make all logistical arrangements related to staff and volunteer travels including flight bookings, ticket purchasing.
? Other Duties
a. Serve as receptionist
b. Attend business unit and staff meetings as needed.
c. Perform any other duties as agreed with the Youth Programme Manager such as conducting Placement development and Risk Assessment; and Host Home Risk Assessment for Metro Manila Project Plan.
