Interested in virtual assistant/administrative tasks data entry,and other clerical jobs to maximize my free hours when not on my day job.
Currently I have a full time job as an Executive Assistant for a CFO based in Australia. Doing most of the commission summary reports for property managers and other administrative tasks. I have been with the call center industry for more than 7 years as a Quality Specialist and Team Leader. My job involves coaching customer and technical support representatives to deliver world-class calls through top-notch product expertise, efficient call flow and genuine warmth and concern for our clients.
I believe in creating value over success, substance over gloss. I will never compromise integrity for anything.
