I am a product, language and cultural immersion trainer with eight (8) years BPO experience. I am a champion of CSAT and an expert on adult learning principle. Given my vast experience in the training and development field, I
am very well-immersed not only in facilitation but also in admin tasks. I can also render both classroom and virtual training.
Part of my job role also includes joining client meetings focusing on quality assurance, defect-mining, CSAT goals and employee incentives. I also create job aids and training materials the client requests and approves prior to full dissemination.
