Over the past five years, I've supported companies across Australia and the United States in executive support, business operations, recruitment, compliance, project coordination, and process improvement. My experience spans healthcare, disability services, venture capital, real estate, e-commerce, and professional services.
In my current role as an Operations Coordinator for an Australian NDIS provider, I lead recruitment, intake, onboarding, compliance, and operational reporting. I also serve as the Intake Lead, where I allocate weekly team targets, prepare departmental scorecards, compile payroll evidence, and support leadership through reporting and process improvements.
Prior to this, I worked as a Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant supporting founders and executives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing strategic projects, improving workflows, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
I'm comfortable wearing multiple hats and enjoy building systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility. Whether it's coordinating projects, managing operations, improving processes, or supporting executive decision-making, I take ownership of my work and look for ways to make the business run better.
