-Assist end-users in their problems and providing possible solutions.

-Research trends and patterns in the problems users ask about.
- Supervise complaint ticketing system (iTop) and follow timely resolution of all work orders
- Install, organize, test, maintain, check and troubleshoot end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software
- Supported Windows XP and Win 7 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 2007 - 2010
- Imaged and Configured all PCs for all employees
- Basic Firewall Management and configuration (Watchguard)
- Set Policies for every Group on AD
- Handing RFID/ Security Badges
