I am in charge of managing project surveys. I make sure that interviewers receive enough numbers to dial for them to be able to conduct surveys. Part of my job requires me to be analytic and quick in making decisions. I am also tasked to make sure that quotas are even and met according to the clients requirements be it daily or weekly and that projects are managed properly and finishes on time. It had helped me communicate more effectively to clients via email or phone, I see to it that they are well informed and updated regarding the project that I am handling. If problems arise, I do not only inform them about the issue I also offer solutions that will be able to help the project run smoothly.
