Profile Description
I've been an IT Network Infrastructure Engineer at Conti's Specialty Food, Inc. from September, 2012 up to September 2014. I handled several servers like file servers, email server, visualization or VMWare and POS Server. As an IT, i maintained the network traffic flow and checked the stability of the hardware appliance like IBM X Series, Switches, Routers, Load Balancer and UPS. I usually replaced and checked faulty patch cables. My daily routine is to give a desktop assistance to our end users as well as their printer issue.
I've been also in a call centers as Tier 2 Technical Support Representative. Doing DSL and Cable Broadband support over the telephone. Help subscribers on their technical issues of connecting to the Internet, slow connection or email issues.
