I am into online job for more than 3 years now. I worked as a General Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Manager, Press Release Writer, Amazon Project Manager and Social Media Manager/Specialist.
I also have experience on Amazon Seller Central - product listing, managing and reserving inventory to protect the stocks, issuing refund/replacement, creating single-use codes, group codes and coupon stacks, generating reviews, monitoring hijackers and handling PPC campaign.
My experience on handling Amazon Customer Service includes but not limited to responding to reviews/feedback and dealing complaints, managing inquiries and messages, converting positive feedback to reviews, processing replacement and refunds.
I am also familiar on Product Research and Keywords Research using tools such as Keywords Inspector, Keywords Tool Dominator, Google Adwords, Merchant Words, HOPPS, Profits Engine, Jungle Scout and AMZ One.
I am familiar with Review Kick, Feedback Genius, Sales Backer and ASM Amazing.com which are also useful tools on managing/selling through Amazon.
I was also a Social Media Manager. My job was to engage marketing and advertising strategies to different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
I am have knowledge on creating SOP's using EverNote and PDF.
I also know how to use WordPress and WIX. I can create/post a blog, change the theme, change the URL for the specific post, and add images and hyperlinks.
I am also familiar on creating/sharing/editing documents and excel files thru Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets. I also have knowledge on Asana, Basecamp, Producteev, Freedcamp, Wunderlist and Convo.
