I worked in BPO as a Customer Service Specialist and got promoted as Supervisor (4 years). And that is my only job I have ever known, 9 years after graduating from College. I figure since I will be on a holiday Spring of 2016, why not seek extra job to finance my vacation in Europe for 3 months?
With this, I have to tell you that I'm hungry for excellence. I am a goal-oriented person who doesn't stop until I get what I want with full satisfaction. I am very loyal and integrity is very important to me. Maybe that's why I never changed company or career because I don't stop myself from being successful.
As a supervisor, I handle 15-18 agents. I coach for performance and balanced scorecard. I am responsible in making sure that my outliers improved to benefit not just my team but the company itself. I also attend trainings for Leadership improvements to ensure my success in what I do.
I love travelling. It's my dream to become a travel writer. For the past 8 years of my job, I've been to many places. I love culture. I love the smell of different places. I love food. I love interacting with different nationalities. I am overtly friendly but sometimes my friends tend to tag me as churlish but in a good way. It's because I speak my mind.
You see I'm very expressive but with the trainings that I've been taking for Leadership I always learn how to adapt on other people's behavior. I know how to handle stress and emotions. I know how to confront and when to motivate. These are part of the job.
