I am currently working as a Technical Support Representative in a call center industry. I have been in this job for 2 years now. I was a customer support representative for 5 years and I had six months experience as a chat and email support with my previous company. I am currently handling Verizon DSL High Speed Internet service. We offer assistance to customers who have issues with their internet connection.
I feel I am strongest at being able to communicate to customers and relate to their feelings. And of course you should be able to know how to handle irate customers which I am good at, I let them vent out; listen to the customer; listen to what they are saying; assure them that you are there to have their issue fixed then provide resolution.
