Profile Description

As Telephone Handler, I am responsible for all callers concerns and querries. Handler must have all the solutions especially in times of difficult situations and complaints of the client.
I can also easily deal with applicants. Interviewing an applicant is one of my great passion. I'm Easy to be with and fun to be with type of person. Strict at times and dedicated to the tasks given to me. Loyalty, dedication, passion and my credibility are the key instruments to fulfill and satisfy the needs of my employer.
