I was a Technical Support Representative for almost 4 years at different call center companies supporting ISP (Internet Service Provider) and mobility accounts. I can work on both Windows and Mac operating systems. With my experience,I learned more on how to troubleshoot different softwares/programs (Client emails,MS office,browsers,drivers, etc.) under Windows platform and fix internet connection issues on both laptop and desktop. I can definitely follow instructions and research for solutions in case needed. I will work efficiently and use all resources needed in having my work done. I want a stable job where I can help make the business progress and which could help me become an effective employee as well. I also have note taking experience wherein I listen to student's class discussion recordings and take note of the important details that their professors mentions.
