I am a dedicated professional with more than 11 years of Sales and Marketing experience in Industrial Automation and Controls. Specializing in customer service, technical support, market analysis, price management and strategic product
offer marketing. I work well with deadline and see to it that the jobs are done precisely if not with little revisions, if needed.
I am good in MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
I have done also quite a little bit of article writing and I am well versed in English language. I have handled solely the customer care email of Schneider Electric for more than 5 years, directly communicating to customers and replying to their concerns with precise and polite manners. Understand their needs and offer value-adding solutions, while creating a sense of partnership.
Currently, I am the Product Manager for Industry products of Schneider doing pricing analysis, business development, strategic marketing and channel management.
I could say that I am a result driven person, seeing to it that the plans are well monitored using the relevant metrics. I could deal with problems and take necessary steps to overcome the obstacles and push the goals needed.
