I have a total of 9 strong years in the Business Process Outsourcing industries in the field of Customer Service, Product Presentations through up-selling, rigid training and development, building agent career to drive effective leadership as we grow and thrive together as a team.
Career History:
I have worked at IBM DAKSH from October 22, 2005 to March 15, 2007 as a Customer Service Representative in a US-based Telecom Account, had been part of the email support that involved speed typing and fast comprehension skills. Also did product selling as providing solutions to customers.
Then later I joined Dell International services from July 30, 2007 to June 2013 as a Customer Care Senior Specialist. I later became part of the Financial Credit Approver Team. I also spear-headed the launch of UK/Ireland Customer Service as an assistant supervisor and did one on one’s and coaching for agent opportunities and behavioral monitoring as part of quality control. We did primarily inbound, outbound, chat and email support in delivering superior customer service.
Currently, I work at JPM Morgan Chase Bank as a Senior Service Specialist/assistant manager that focuses on agent career development and enhancing customer service skills through effective leadership.
My Strengths are the following:
- Being in Line w/ Team management, Customer Service and with sales has been part of me, it has been my passion
