Profile Description

I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years. For an online shopping account, a credit card billing account, both based in the United States. Also for a postal service company based in Singapore. After those three companies I have also worked for AT&T UVerse and for Microsoft as a Technical Support Officer and a Consultant.
Two of the companies I have worked for promoted me to 2nd Level Support or what they call the Escalation Officer and also an Assistant Team Leader. Enough time and workload to train me how to follow orders and get the job done with only minimum supervision.
These companies also taught me how to be flexible enough to deliver service to our clients in time and to always give them 100% of my attention. I always encounter a lot of angry, irate callers and in 5 years, I have learned to be someone they don't just shout at, but someone whom they can ask help from and someone who can give them the solution and satisfaction they need. I have learned how to earn respect and gratitude from clients even when they just swore at me and even if they are only over the phone.
