I pride myself in my work experiences in the Human Resource and Admin Support (Executive Assistance/Secretary) jobs in my previous works in company/office setting. It was here that I learned that I am a fast learner, analytic, comfortable working with data/records, numbers and plans/projects. I enjoyed most the times that I would write event proposals for a company event, submit it to my Manager, have it read by the President and have it approved. I would also be the one creating the committee and we would have series of meetings and on the event itself, I would do emceeing and the rest goes smoothly as planned. Not to mention, the sourcing and research I and the team would do to come up with the proposal for expenses, scouting for a venue, or speaker, and getting the dates right as well as invitations.
In my work as Confidential Secretary to an executive, I was tasked to do flight and hotel bookings and prepared other stuff for his trip such as transportation to and from the airport. I also managed calendars for all my bosses in my last 3 employments, as well as screened calls for them too.
Since I worked in 2 international schools for 7.8 yrs total, I am confident with my English, though, I would also say, there is still room for growth.
I am also a writer-wanna-be. I love writing down my thoughts and feelings and other experiences. So far, I’ve written about personal, but of course, I am open to writing about things for or about business, clients, technology, the internet and things in it, etc. I used to write in notebooks. Now, I write in a computer or in a blog or in FB.
I am innately caring, I go the extra mile.
It is natural for me to come up with ideas (and see them happen) on how to make things/life/work easier, better, faster, more efficient for everyone.
I am a Virtual Assistant. I am one-of-a-kind. I am Filipino. I am ready. I am your woman for the job!
