Profile Description

• Heads the Production, QA and Engineering department to meet the output required by the customer
• Identify and resolve production related constraints, customer audit findings and claims
• Implements company rules and regulations
• Implement improvement activities to support the Quality system
• Leads in process audit
to ensure quality standards are being followed and implemented according to set standards based on customer requirements
• Heads the Administrative department; responsible for human resource and development, approval of hiring and placement of manpower and performance evaluation
• Heads the Financial Department; responsible for approval of cash disbursement and incoming cash flow, budgeting and approval of purchases, approves payroll
• Directly reports to the President and CEO of the company regarding the company status.
• Represent the company in legal and moral duties to the government and industrial group.
