I am proficient in using the computer, browsing, surfing, typing and encoding specifically on Microsoft office applications such as excel, word, and powerpoint. I do clerical works such as encoding, typing, letter making, sorting and organizing reports and files. I am also knowledgeable in payroll tasks and reports. I am currently employed as an assistant restaurant manager handling specific workloads. I was assigned as service quality manager for two years. I have learned on how to handle customer complaints and on how to resolve problems in an efficient and effective manner. I was trained to manage people and conduct seminars and training programs for staff development. As a service quality manager, I see to it that our customers are given a branded customer experience through delightful service and a happy dining experience.
I was also assigned as production quality manager for one year. I am tasked to do ordering and purchasing of raw materials in a given budget and time frame. I manage the in store inventory system, costing, expenses and raw materials' usage in the production area. I do financial reports through Microsoft excel template for the top management. In present time, I am the marketing manager, I create marketing strategies to entice people to have a wonderful dining experience with us.
