I have been working in the BPO industry for 14 years. Started as an agent doing directory assistance, then moved to Tech Support until I became an Operations Manager in 2004. I shifted to Human Resources in 2009 and have held positions as an HR Manager for different multinational companies in the past 5 years. I am an excellent English Speaker and writer. I am great at writing correspondences as well as creating process maps. I have an above average organizational skills and I love dealing with people. I have a degree in Mass Communication and I majored in Journalism. I also have interests in Marketing and Sales.
