Profile Description

In my 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have been a Customer Service, Technical Support, Email and Chat support representative that serves mainly the United States. My last job was for a UK based sports betting site, I started as an chat and email support agent and after a year, I was promoted as a know your customer (KYC) officer. We handled customers details upon sign up of their account and review their information and if needed we send out request for Customer Due Diligence to prove their identity. We also look for any possible fraudulent groups or players that would use our site for illegal activities such as money laundering.  
Customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons why customers/clients would continue using a certain service and throughout the years of my experience as an agent, I believe I have enhanced my skills such as patience, attentiveness, positive attitude, time management, empathy and I am always willing to learn and fully familiarize myself with the products and services to provide the best customer service experience.
