I have been in the customer service industry for 8 long years in different companies and experienced in doing Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Market Research and Customer Service around US, Australia and Canada. Consistent, hardworking and competitive when it comes to work and can listen very well to instructions.
I've worked in several Call Centers for almost 6 years both inbound and outbound calls focusing on Sales, Technical and Customer Service accounts. With the acquired skills I have with working with big companies, I am now working as a freelancer for 2 years up today with passion and hunger for more knowledge.
