My first job was a Data Encoder. The job has helped me to be focus and to type 40 wpm. After that I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 10 years, 4 years of which I was a Quality Assurance Specialist. With my line of work I was able to interact with customers based from the United States on a daily basis. When I was a QA specialist, I was able to interact with the Clients by doing calibrations and meetings. I also worked with the Supervisors to make sure their Agents are doing well with Quality as well as their English proficiency.
