1. As an Email/Chat/Administrative support:
I have also worked in Call Center/BPO Industry since 2006. I have worked as a Technical Support Agent, Video Repair (both from SITEL, Philippines) and most recently as a Service Agent for Iron Mountain at Convergys, Baguio City, Philippines. Currently, I work for KDA-Incorporated as an all-around virtual assistant focused in SEO. I handle different clients and bloggers across different niches. My main tasks are the following:
a. Blogger Outreach - I contact bloggers (old and new) everyday. This is to make sure that we always have a great pool of sites to partner with. I use Thunderbird and Buzzstream to manage both.
b. Project management - I handle different projects and one project can contain clients in different niches. My task here is to make sure that they get done in time for our clients to see at the end of every month.
c. URL metrics checker - I use a variety of tools to check bloggers' urls' for quality metrics: majestic SEO, MOZ, similarweb and so on. I usually check for Trust flow, Citation flow, Page rank, Domain Authority, Alexa rank, Traffic and unique visits. These checks are necessary to make sure that we are dealing with worthy people only.
d. Proofreader - Anyone who works in this field must have a keen eye for grammatical errors and misspelled words, especially the anchor texts. Links must also be accurate at all times.
