Part of my work are to draft and encodes correspondence and other assigned documents related to transactions of the work unit; places and answer telephone calls; relays messages received on the telephone to the person concerned; coordinates appointments and schedules of the superior and staff members of tge department; prepares logical arrangements such as venue, schedule and materials needed for meetings initiated by the superior and distributes copies of the minutes; and serves as the administrative coordinator for the department by undertaking liason, coordination, and follow-up with other work units or outside organizations as directed by superior.
I am literate in MS Word, Excel as well as Powerpoint.
