I've been a telemarketer for 2 years . I worked as an outbound telemarketer before in 2 different call centers. I was one of the supervisor before on one of my BPO companies and Now I am working as a Costumer service representative in one of the most famous online fashion shop in united States which deals with high fashion shoes, bags, denims, dresses and accessories. I have a great costumer service skills . I have an excellent Communication skills. I could handle stress and pressure easily. In my present BPO company i am the junior supervisor of the team.
