Administrative Functions – answers telephone calls and inquiries, prepare various reports and submit in regular basis,
provide trainings to subordinates regarding newly approved program or system, answers emails and prepare correspondences, process employees leaves such as vacation, sick & emergency and request of change schedule or leave of absences, maintain and update employees files, prepare and issue incident report and provide necessary disciplinary action to employees who failed to comply to any Company Policy, Checks daily attendance for absences & tardiness, evaluate subordinate performance for probationary, regularization and appraisal, maintain appropriate interpersonal relationship with subordinates, colleagues, superiors and other parties, other duties as assigned.
Employee Development - Perform random employee performance critiques on every shift in order to assess call quality; thoroughly prepare for and professionally conduct monthly evaluations of assigned team based on predetermined performance criteria; coach, train, and develop assigned team to achieve goals and quality performance; proactively strive to build a sense of pride among assigned team members and create an atmosphere of friendly competition; continuously improve motivation methods.
