I have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Senior VAMA, where I managed team performance, conducted client meetings to update SOPs, monitored quality, and led monthly coaching and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. My attention to detail and strong leadership skills helped drive success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Additionally, I spent 7 months working as a Teleradiology Scribe, where I was responsible for reading and interpreting X-ray, ultrasound, and DEXA scan results. This experience strengthened my ability to understand and analyze medical data accurately and efficiently.
Most recently, I worked for 5 months as a part-time scheduler and appointment setter, coordinating schedules with caregivers to ensure they were matched with clients in a timely and organized manner. This role honed my customer service, time management, and communication skills, all of which are essential in delivering seamless service.
