With over 5 years of combined experience in the virtual industry and the construction industry, I bring a unique blend of customer-centric communication, organizational skills, and technical expertise to every role I take on.
I began my career as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, where for over 2 years I supported property management operations. I coordinated repair and maintenance requests, managed vendor communications, processed rental applications, and assisted with tenant screenings, rent collection, and final walkthroughs. This role strengthened my project coordination, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
I then transitioned working as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for over a year. In this fast-paced environment, I assisted users with account management, subscriptions, and billing inquiries while also upselling services and providing product guidance. This experience enhanced my communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, teaching me how to deliver service excellence while driving results.
Working across these two industries has given me a well-rounded professional foundation: the resilience and adaptability of a customer service professional, combined with the organizational and operational skills of a virtual assistant.
Today, I’m eager to apply this diverse background to new opportunities bringing a strong work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellence in everything I do.

“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
