Profile Description

I have been a Virtual Assistant since 2014 and I have gained my strong administrative professional background from an extensive experience in supporting C-level corporate executives for more than 10 years.
I currently enjoy working with Business Owners providing exceptional administrative, technical and creative support through managing website and digital content, project management including hiring and working with freelancers, developing and implementing business processes, researching niches, report generation, general office administration, and other roles that help move various projects to completion.
I have developed proficiency in using WordPress, Infusionsoft, Libsyn, MS Office tools, Google applications, or any cloud computing tools and I also have a strong ability to learn different software platforms.
I always strive to achieve high performance goals with a pro-active approach and contribute to proposing improvements to business processes.
My clients have always appreciated my efficiency, reliability, resourcefulness, and my willingness to work beyond what is expected of me which makes me more accomplished and more passionate in my work.
I am looking for an opportunity where I can continue to develop my diversified skills, learn new things and be challenged and accomplish set goals at the same time.
With that being said, I’m currently enrolled on an online Web Design program as I want to expand my VA skills.
Learning about social media management, bookkeeping, and photo and video editing are also on my list of interests.
