I also work for JP Morgan Chase before as a phone Banker I am fluent in English both written and oral. I can adopt to any accent or I can easy understand any accent. I know how to handle difficult situations like irate or upset customers.. Putting myself into their situation is the best way to understand them and a good practice to provide excellent customer service to satisfy my customers. I am a open minded type of person I don't judge people because each and every one of us has its own strategy in life to survive.
