English Mentoring
• Facilitate in the learning of the English language through coaching with the help of multi-media materials.
• Keep track of the learner’s progress and work on points that may be improved on.
Quality Assurance
• Provide feedback on calls taken by agents based on product knowledge and quality guidelines.
• Provide a fact-impact-solution coaching method through evaluations to assist in agent growth and development.
• Facilitate and attend client calibration for quality.
• Proficient with use of NICE Application and data gathering.
• Part of the pilot team that provides real time feedback to agents for product growth and ensure holistic development.
• Generate and interpret trending reports.
• Client coordination and management.
• Conduct training with agents and supervisors in line with quality guidelines and updates.
