Profile Description

With solid experience in doing different online tasks like research, data entry, email marketing and social media marketing. I had also done posting ads on Craigslist and handled different social media accounts. I have been doing online works for more than four years now. Right now, I am currently an Editor of a media company based in Massachussets, USA. Been working on this company for almost three years now. With all of these, I have become very much familiar with google drive, google docs, google sheets, dropbox, HootSuite, to name it all.

Aside from that, I had been an experienced employee for almost 7 years. Had worked in different industry types including BPO as a customer service representative and at the same a Team Officer-in-Charge. As a customer service representative, I was tasked to do both inbound and outbound calls whatever the campaign is needed and as a Team Officer-in-Charge, I was tasked to supervise the team in the absence of out Immediate Supervisor and the same time assist our Supervisor in doing general admin tasks including daily, weekly and monthly reports, email correspondents, listening to agents call for quality assurance at the same calling or dealing with clients thru phone and email. I strongly believe that with all of the above-mentioned experience, I had gained enough skills and knowledge that would be an edge for me land a job with the company.
