• Makes consolidated report for terminated/ issued Disciplinary Action every month.
• Makes report for Thermal Plant and Administrative Department’s manpower labor hour.
Was also assigned as ISO Staff which deals with the following:
• In charge for all of the legal application which relates to environmental transactions of the company (Permit to Operate of the machine/ Discharge Permit, Permit to Transport for hazardous waste)
• Assigned as Pollution Control Officer for environmental (legal) transactions of the company.
• Coordinates for seminar/s for all PCO representatives of the company.
• Coordinates to Hauler/Treater for the disposal of the hazardous waste of the company.
• Coordinates to Scrapper for disposal of scrap materials of the company.
• In charge for making Receiving Report/s for payments for disposal of hazardous waste/s.
• In charge for scheduling and coordinating to old and new Haulers/Hazardous Waste Treater for Plant Visit
